The Mozambique Stock Exchange in use of its competence.

Consecrated in article 96 of the Securities Market Code, approved by Decree-Law no. 4/2009, of July 24, and in articles 21 and 22 of Regulation no. 04 / GPCABVM / 2014 of October 17, announces that a special stock exchange session will be held at the Mozambican Stock Exchange (BVM), on the 7^th of August 2018 at 3:00 p.m , to determine the results of direct subscription by the Specialized Operators in Treasury Bonds (OEOT), with a maximum value of 700,000,000.00 MZN, with a nominal unit value of 100 Meticais, representing Treasury Bills 2018 - 5th Series (OT 2018 - 5th Series).
