On June 9, 2020, the direct subscription by OEOT (Specialized Treasury Bond Operators) of 800.000.000,00 MZN, the fixed interest rate of 12.00%, with a nominal unit value of 100.00 Meticais, representative of the "OT-2020-S7".

Results

On 9 June 2020, a Special Stock Exchange Session was held to determine the results of the subscription of the Treasury Bonds 2020 - 7th Series.

According to the proposals submitted by the Treasury Bond Specialist Operators, the overall demand for the Issue was MZN 1.585.000.000,00, with the demand-supply ratio at 198,125%, and the respective interest rates at between 12,000% and 14,000%%. According to the state cut-off rate, the issuance amount was MZN 800,00 million.
