Details

On February 25, 2020, the direct subscription by OEOT (Specialized Treasury Bond Operators) of 2,500,000,000.00 MZN, the fixed interest rate of 12.00%, with a nominal unit value of 100.00 Meticais, representative of the '"OT-2020-S2".

Results

On 25 February 2020, a Special Stock Exchange Session was held to determine the results of the subscription of the Treasury Bonds 2020 - 2nd Series.

According to the proposals submitted by the Treasury Bond Specialist Operators, the overall demand for the Issue was MZN 9,224,000,000.00, with the demand-supply ratio at 368.96%, and the respective interest rates at between 10,000% and 14,000%. According to the state cut-off rate, the issuance amount was MZN 2.500,00 million.
