On August 27, 2019, the direct subscription by OEOT (Specialized Treasury Bond Operators) of 200,000,000.00 MZN, the fixed interest rate of 12.00%, with a nominal unit value of 100.00 Meticais, representative of the 5th Reopening of OT 2019 - 9th Serie.

Results

On 27 August 2019, a Special Stock Exchange Session was held to determine the results of the subscription of the 5th Reopening of Treasury Bonds 2019 - 9th Series.

According to the proposals submitted by the Treasury Bond Specialist Operators, the overall demand for the Issue was MZN 1,255,000,000.00, with the demand-supply ratio at 612.50%, and the respective interest rates at between 11,750% and 14,000%. According to the state cut-off rate, the issuance amount was MZN 200.00 million.
