On September 26, 2018, there was a direct subscription by Specialized Dealers in Treasury Bonds (OEOT), in the amount of MZN 1,346,000,000.00 , with a 16.00% interest rate with a nominal unit value of MZN 100.00, representative of the Treasury Bonds 2018 - 8th Series. This issue provided for a caveat, in which the National Treasury Department reserved the right to increase the limit of the Issue Amount if demand exceeded 700,000,000 MZN.

Treasury Bonds 2018 - 8th Series are represented by book-entry securities, so there is no place for the physical issuing of securities, and their issue and ownership are evidenced through a record in the registration accounts of issue and ownership.

The bonds were listed on the Mozambique Stock Exchange on September 27, 2018.

Results

On September 26 2018, a Special Stock Exchange Session was held to determine the results of the subscription of the Treasury Bonds 2018 - 8th Series.

According to the proposals presented by the Treasury Bonds Specialized Operators, the overall demand for the Issue was 1,396,000,000.00 MZN, with the demand and supply ratio being 199,43%, and the respective interest rates were between 16.000% and 21.000%. According to the cut-off rate of the State, the issue amount was 1,346,000,000.00 MZN.
