The Mozambique Stock Exchange (BVM) will publicly announce the results of the Public Offering (OPS) of Cervejas de Moçambique (CDM) shares. Representing 30.190% of the company's share capital.

The event will be attended by BVM and CDM managers and executives, Stock Traders, BVM strategic partners, representatives of Standard Bank (leading bank of the operation), representatives of private, public and state-owned companies, listed companies and in the process of admission to listing, among other guests.

Cervejas de Moçambique, SA is a public limited company under Mozambican law with a share capital of 243.540.516,00 MT (two hundred and forty-three million, five hundred and forty thousand, five hundred and sixteen Meticais), which operates in the industrial sector. was the first publicly traded company in 2001.

The CDM Public Offering for Subscription was directed exclusively to the shareholders of CDM as of 31 May, and the subscription period ran from 22 July 2019 to 5 August 2019, each shareholder having the right to subscribe one new share for every 3,3123 shares held.

This Public Offering is subject to 36,762,972 (thirty-six million, seven hundred and sixty-two thousand, nine hundred and seventy-two) ordinary, book-entry and registered shares, with a par value of 2.00 MT (two Meticais ), representing approximately 30.190% of the current share capital of CDM.
