During the stay in Niassa, the BVM team held meetings with the Provincial Governor, heads of state institutions, visits to companies in the City of Lichinga and Chimbunila, Majune and Lago Districts to gain a better understanding of the companies, disseminate information on the role, services and advantages of the Stock Exchange, as well as to invite companies to use the services of the Exchange as a means to obtain financing and capitalization, democratization of capital, promotion of business ethics and contribution to growth economic development of the Niassa Province.

Lectures were given at the Catholic University of Mozambique and at the Ngungunhane Industrial and Commercial Institute in Lichinga, in the context of promoting financial literacy on the capital markets and the Stock Exchange to students and teachers of higher and higher education respectively.

Participants showed interest in learning about the services offered by BVM and the financing opportunities available in the stock market and in the workshop with the entrepreneurs and young entrepreneurs and SMEs. Niassa interested in listing on the Stock Exchange.

The mission served to publicize to Niassa entrepreneurs about the windows of opportunities to obtain alternative financing through the Exchange, and to raise awareness among potential investors to apply their savings, as well as to contribute to massifying the knowledge and the use of the Stock Exchange.
