Pursuant to paragraph b) of paragraph 1 of article 96 of the Securities Market Code. Approved by Decree Law no. 4/2009 of July 24, it is made public that on November 27, 2018, 00H, at the premises of the Mozambique Stock Exchange, a Special Stock Exchange Session to determine the results of the Issuance of Treasury Bonds 2018-11 Series.

According to the proposals presented by the Specialized Operators in Treasury Bonds, the overall demand for the Issue was 7,262,000,000.00 MZN, with the demand and supply ratio being 290.48%, and the
respective interest rates stood between 16.00% and 19.250%. According to the state cut-off rate, the issuance amount was MZN 585.00 million.
