Under the terms of paragraph b) of paragraph 1 of article 96 of the Securities Market Code, Approved by Decree-Law No. 4/2009 of the 24th of July, a Special Session of the Stock Exchange was held on the 5th of May 2020, at 3:00 pm, at the premises of the Stock Exchange of Mozambique. calculation of the result of the Reopening of Treasury Bonds 2020 - 5th Series - 1st Reopening.

The following proposals were submitted by the Specialized Treasury Operators, namely:
  • The demand was 1,694,000,000.00 MZN, with the demand-to-supply ratio being 220.00% and the respective interest rates were between 12,000% and 15,500%. According to the state cut rate, the issue amount was MZN 400.00 million.
